No smoking, of any kind, anywhere on the property.
There are no pets of any size allowed.
To secure your reservations a $500 deposit is required for each week.
You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
Please leave the house in a similar fashion in which you found it. We can provide the name of a local cleaning person.
