In 1949 our father purchased the house to serve as our summer home. We spent our summers in Pine Point traveling from Springfield, Massachusetts. The house is located on a quiet street, fittingly called Beach Street, and it seems that little has changed with the passage of time. Like our house, most of the homes on the street are still owned by the same families we met in 1949. Sixty-years later our children grandchildren, nieces and nephews travel from all over the Northeast and Europe to enjoy the wonderful Maine summers. However, in recent years, many weeks our beautiful house has remained unused. So we now rent it out and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.
The house is a short walk up a dead end street on the ocean side of Route 9. It is on a quiet stretch of the beach due to the lack of public parking.
