Our beautiful family "beach house" is now available for vacation rentals. Purchased in 1950 by a father of three, it is still enjoyed today by his would be grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The home features 5-bedrooms and a sleeper couch. On the ocean side of the street, you are a mere 150 feet walk up a quite dead end street to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast.
Scarborough's working waterfront village of Pine Point shares Grand Beach with its bustling neighbor, Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy 3 miles of soft sandy beach with gently rolling waves. Watch the lobster boats return to the river after a long days work. Walk to the fish market to get the fresh catch of the day.
